We offer a variety of maintenance programmes to allow customers complete peace of mind when purchasing equipment from us.

Our team of trained engineers and technicians service and repair equipment supplied by Eden Medical and we can also offer servicing for a range of third party products.

Our PPM programmes consist of offering a regular service or a fully comprehensive service, either programme can be carried out on site or at our workshop in Edinburgh. All equipment is serviced or repaired in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. This may include checking, calibrating and full testing of the equipment.

Our fully comprehensive service may include a free of charge equipment loan, subject to availability, terms and conditions apply.

If you don't have a PPM contract in place and a piece of equipment fails, just give us a call and we'll happily schedule to repair your equipment at our head office and return it to you.
