In addition to the range of medical equipment we stock, we also offer a variety of maintenance programmes undertaken by our team of trained and experienced engineers and technicians, providing complete peace of mind for our customers.
We are proud to be an authorised service centre for Hamilton Medical and Eitan Medical.
What are our specialisms?
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Our PPM programmes consist of offering a regular service or a fully comprehensive service, either programme can be carried out on site or at our workshop in Edinburgh. All equipment is serviced or repaired in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. This may include checking, calibrating and full testing of the equipment.*
Repair
If you don't have a PPM contract in place and a piece of equipment fails, just give us a call and we'll happily schedule to repair your equipment at our head office and return it to you.

If you have any technical related queries and would like some support from our expert engineers, please contact our friendly team at Head Office who will direct your enquiry to the appropriate individual.
